Lenise Ligon: And FOX 10 News is getting in on the relief efforts to help those affected by Florence* -- once again we're teaming up with volunteers of America.

Byron Day: Right, our Lee Peck joins us now in the studio with more on what we can do to help out. Lee, it's important to get mobilized early, right?

Lee Peck: Absolutely, Byron and Lenise. The sooner they get the supplies they need, the sooner that they can get them in the hands of those which will no doubt need them in Florence's aftermath.

(*note: the program appeared to have had reports regarding a certain "hurricane" named "Florence" before this part of it)

Jason Carter: Well as you -- as Thomas mentioned we had some gremlins in the studio a little while ago there; playing with mikes; technology -- so I mean, it was a little bit dangerous

Robby Baker: They're dangerous little creatures. Uh, I have to ask you, Jason: are you big into yoga? Have you started your morning with some sun salutations?

(the news presenter appeared to had laughed immediately afterwards)

Robby Baker: I mean it's yoga. It's a yoga term.

Jason Carter: I am neither flexible or, um, -- yes

Robby Baker: The--

(both of them appeared to had laughed immediately afterwards)

Robby Baker: So I guess you said no. One NFL team is big yoga team is into yoga, though. That's how they're, uh, that's how they're starting off training practice. We'll talk about that -- nothing like, uh, some sports, watching some [lightning] doing yoga. Also, Julio Jones is in training camp despite some reports that he'd be holding out. You'll be hearing from the Foley native coming up in sports.

(the program appeared to have had a break from appearing on the channel in the aforementioned period of time for the aforementioned Saturday immediately afterwards)
