- A certain part of a certain TV program related to WALA-TV (related to news) that appeared to have had been part of its main broadcast channel during the hour of 5:00 p. m. the Wednesday of the first day of the month of May of the calendar year 2019 ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had ended with one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Byron Day) saying, "I felt like summer today, but -- oh, my air conditioner just kind of kicked on all by itself. Great.", one of its other contributors (a certain reporter for certain parts of it related to weather named Jason Smith) saying, "Ah, how about that" immediately afterwards, the contributor mentioned first saying, "See you tonight" immediately afterwards, one of its other contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Lenise Ligon) saying, "Bye bye" with audio of a certain disembodied voice being used to say, "Ha ha ha ha ha" immediately afterwards.

- A certain part of a certain TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared to have had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the Monday of the eleventh day of this March ("Studio 10") appeared to have had a certain discussion involving some of its contributors and some digital graphics involving groups of text such as some text of, "NEW SHOW COMING TO FOX 10" and some text of, "COMMUNITY ISSUES/EVENTS" (note #1: the program mentioned before this note earlier in this paragraph appeared to have had one of those contributors (a certain host named Joe Emer) saying, "I'm always down to sear some meat...so that's what I'm excited about. More excitement: an exciting new show is coming to FOX 10. We'll tell you all about that...with Eric Reynolds...next" for a separate part of it before appearing to have had that part (note #2: the program mentioned before this note earlier in this paragraph appeared to have had a certain other contributor (a certain host named Chelsey Sayasane) saying, "Awesome, well, we are so excited. Joe, I know you're excited to try this. I know I am" immediately before appearing to have had the statements quoted in the note just before this one being said)).
