- An Internet video stream normally used for streaming local news programs for WALA-TV in recent times occasionally had audio and video not on their main broadcast channel between some of the local news programs it had the Monday of the fourteenth day of this August and this Tuesday (such as audio of persons saying "mic check" and video of a empty chair on what appeared to be the set normally used for their local news programs in recent times).
- A Facebook page attributed to WABF-AM had a message attributed to its administration dated for the tenth day of this August about a member of their broadcast operation (a radio announcer, a manager of sales, and a promoter of plans for contests, concerts, and other events) named Wallace (Bill) Milham having died on the Tuesday of the eighth day of this August before having a message attributed to a relative of his dated for the Thursday of the eleventh day of this August (it was originally on a Facebook page attributed to the relative).
- One of the news reporters for the local news operation at WPMI-TV (Ethel Zora Asberry) had helped host a local TV program of theirs dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles ("Gulf Coast Today" ) usually co-hosted of the operation who were either a weather reporter (Jake Dunne) or both a news presenter and weather reporter (Kelly Foster) in recent times with its regular host (Terra Reeves) for its installment for the Friday on the twelfth day of this August (it had appeared on the main broadcast for WPMI-TV during the second half of the hour of 12:00 p.m. that day before appearing on the one for WJTC-TV during the second half of the hour of 5:00 p.m. that day).
- A Facebook page attributed to WKRG-TV had a recording of what appeared to had been some live video of a sports reporter and a weather reporter for their local news operation (Robby Baker and Thomas Geboy respectively) talking about sports with a message stating it was live during the last half of the hour before the one in which their main broadcast channel usually had local news programming on a daily basis in recent times (the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m.) for the Sunday on the thirteenth day of this August (note: the channel had such programming during the hour later than usual* that Sunday due to some special programming (from their main provider of network programming (the Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS)) it had earlier that day (it was about a tournament of golf).
(*the channel was usually set to have such programming from the beginning of the hour until no later than one minute after the beginning of the second half of it with advertisements in between in a daily basis in recent times).
