while appearing to have had a disembodied voice being used to
say, "Heavy hearts in Prichard tonight. A Vigor football player getting
ready for his senior season, killed in a crash. How Patrick Crawford is
being remembered" while appearing to have had some digital graphics involving texts of "TOP
STORY" and "VIGOR PLAYER KILLED IN CRASH" before appearing to have had some
music immediately afterwards while appearing to have had a disembodied voice being used to say, "Plus, a high stakes
meeting tomorrow that could determine, if the Mobile River bridge
project, loses federal funding. Jason" with some digital graphics involving
texts of "TOP STORY" and "HIGH STAKES MEETING".
- Certain parts of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that
appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during
the first half of the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the
twentieth day of this August
("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") each appeared to have had involved a video with digital graphics involving texts of "HEATED MEETING
UNDERWAY", and "ALDOT UPDATING LOCAL LAWMAKERS ON BRIDGE PROJECT" appearing next to each below a digital graphic involving text of "BREAKING NEWS" (note
#1: the program appeared to have had a total of three such parts (note
#2: two of those parts each appeared have had a digital graphic
involving text of "BREAKING NEWS" appearing below a digital graphic
involving text of "LIVE" (note #3: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV
appeared to have had a video similar to the first of those parts to had
appeared to had appeared on the channel in that period of time that
day, specifically one of the parts mentioned in the second note of this
paragraph))).
- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that
appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during
the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the twentieth day of this August
("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had a certain contributor
for the program (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to
news named Byron Day) saying, "All right, in tonight's FOX 10 News
Sound Off, we've heard from the governor, we've heard from other
politicians, we've heard from the the polls, about the proposed tolls,
on the Mobile River bridge, well tonight, we wanted to hear what you
had to say, and here's the question we asked: straight up, do you even want
ha ha the Mobile River bridge project to move forward, or not? And we
asked you to please tell us why or why not. Well, once again a flood of
calls, and once again, the overwhelming answer, no. Listen" and "Sound

contributors (a certain reporter for certain parts of it related to
sports named Bri MacNaught) saying, "I'm definitely down, Lenise"
immediately after
appearing to have had the voice being used to say, "The Bankhead Tunnel
is going to be open for pedestrians a few hours on Saturday morning.
Closed for drivers. This Saturday is your last chance if you want to
walk or jog or bike through the tunnel this year. that's all according
to AL-DOT. so drivers, remember, the tunnel will be closed between six
and eight" while appearing to have had a certain video with digital graphics involving texts
