- A certain part of a certain TV program dedicated to entertainment and
lifestyles that appeared to have had been part of the main broadcast
channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 a.m. this Tuesday ("Studio 10")
appeared to have had one of its contributors saying, "You guys are the number one station in Alabama
and do a great job in making sure that people are prepared for hurricane
season" and one of the others saying, "Thank you" immediately afterwards (note: certain parts of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had videos similar to this part).
- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that
appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during
the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Monday of the nineteenth day of this
August ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had involved one of
its contributors saying phrases such as, "Wait, hold it, hold
it, hold it, two minutes, you have two minutes. Ok, so we can't get into
all of that, we're just going to show them how the thing works, ok. Go
along with it" to one of its other contributors (note: a transcript of this part was posted onto a certain part of this site separate from this one this Tuesday).
- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that
appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during
the first and second halves of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the eighteenth day of this August
("FOX 10 News") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain
presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Michael Warrick)
saying, "Hello everyone. Thanks for joining us after the game tonight.
I'm Michael Warrick. Glad you're here and staying up a little later than
normal here with us tonight" on the Sunday of the eighteenth day of
this August (immediately after appearing to have had a certain video involving animated (digital) graphics and a certain disembodied voice being used to say, "First
with breaking news, and breaking weather on the gulf coast. This is FOX
10 News, committed to you").
- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that
appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during
the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the seventeenth day of this
August ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had a certain
disembodied voice being used to say, "Well someone in California might
feel a little more like a secret agent
after this purchase. You recognize that car. The anonymous buyer, now
owns the Aston Martin DB5. This is so cool, which is famous,
for
appearing in the classic James Bond films, Goldfinger and Thunderball.
It comes complete with all of the gadgets and sells for a price, of six
point four million, dollars. Sean Connery, the best James Bond, huh. bar
none" while appearing to have had a certain video with digital graphics involving texts of "
'BOND CAR' SELLS AT AUCTION" and "SELLS FOR $6.4 MILLION").
- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that
appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during
the hour of 4:00 p.m. on the Monday of the nineteenth day of this
August ("FOX 10 News at 4:00 p.m.") appeared to have had certain video
with digital graphics involving texts of "APRIL 1977", "THE FOX 10 NEWS
VAULT" and "CHEMICAL FIRE NEAR TWO TANKER CARS/MOBILE" (note #1: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had a video similar to this one that day (note #2: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site unrelated to WALA-TV
appeared to have had a video similar to some of this one that day (note
#3: by the time this report was published, the video on the part of the
site mentioned in the second note appeared to have had been near some
groups of text such as "Chemical Fire near two tanker cars" and "Published on Apr 25, 2019"))).
