- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that
appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during
the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the twentieth day of this August
("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.")
appeared to have had a certain disembodied voice being used to say,
"McDonald's hoping to brew a little kindness with its new three-day
pay-it-forward giveaway, for a McCafe, McCafe card. I can never
say that right. Starting tomorrow, the fast food giant will be
distributing, five hundred, McCafe It Forward cards. The cards are
worth hoop, marketing companies, the cards are worth one free small cup of
McCaf-- yeah, hotter, iced coffee, at McDonald's" while appearing to
have had a certain video with digital graphics involving texts of "PAY
IT FORWARD GIVEAWAY" and "MCDONALD'S GIVING AWAY 500 SPECIAL MCCAFE CARDS".
- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that
appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during
the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the twentieth
day of this August
("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had ended with one of
its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to
news named Byron Day)
saying, "Jason's got one more look, and a peak
ahead to the weekend's forecast, and a lady named Chantal. That's all
after this" (note: one of the other contributors for the program (for
certain reporter for certain parts of it related to weather) appeared to
have had been a certain being named "Jason" (Jason Smith to be precise)
(note #2: at least one of the other parts of the program that appeared
to have had been part of the channel in this period of time prior to
this one appeared to had the contributor named Jason Smith mentioning a
certain "tropical storm" named "Chantal").
- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that
appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during
the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Monday of the nineteenth day of this August
("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.")
appeared to have had ended with one of its contributors (a certain
presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Lenise Ligon)
saying, "A violent crime victim thanking a stranger and FOX 10 News",
one of its other contributors (a certain other presenter for certain
parts of it related to news named Byron Day) saying, "Now that was a
great story, this guy has been through a lot. His home broken into, his
car stolen, shots fired at him and his family, then a big bill putting salt in the wound just to get his car. The good news update, next, on FOX 10 News at ten" immediately afterwards, and
a certain video (surrounded by digital graphics (some of which resembled text of "COMING UP")) involving a certain other being saying, "I don't know
how to express my thanks and appreciation to FOX 10 News, because, they
came when they heard the story, they came to my aid, and that they
treated me as a family" immediately afterwards.
