News for Tuesday, January 14th, 2020

  • A certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to Alabama Public Television appeared to have had some groups of text such as some text of, "Alabama Public Television's Mobile area transmitter, WEIQ Channel 42, will be off the air for an extended time today as a new antenna is installed on our tower. The new antenna will improve APT service to areas that have had difficult receiving channel 42 since the new transmitter was installed in October." and some text of, "Transmitter Off-Air" (near a graphic involving texts of "MOBILE VIEWERS ALERT" and "WEIQ MAINTENANCE") this Tuesday.
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the twelfth day of this January appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain reporter for certain parts of it related to weather named Matt Barrentine) saying, "Here is our look at our next week and a half and it's just crazy warm, for the middle of January. This looks like the middle-of-August type of, August. April, the other heh heh eighth month. April, I'm talking the middle of April here, a nice, spr spring-like feel to much of the week".  
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Monday of the thirteenth day of this January ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of it contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Lenise Ligon) saying, "That's one of the, times when social media is good when you can generate support like that. Uh the group plans to have two more winter distribution points later this month and early February" immediately after appearing to have had a video with disembodied voices unlike the voices it appeared to have had for the contributor while appearing to have had the contributor appear to speak and some digital graphic involving texts of "KEEPING EVERYONE WARM" and "MINNESOTA GROUP DECORATES PARK WITH WARM CLOTHES".
  • A certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WPMI-TV appeared to have had a video involving some disembodied voices being used to say phrases such as, "And we want to say a big Congratulations to NBC 15's chief meteorologist Alan Sealls. He received a really big award tonight, at the American Meteorologist Society's annual conference. He was presented this award for his career, of providing weather information, to the public in relatable, entertaining terms, and for benefiting students of all ages Congratulations Alan. You can see him right here on weeknights starting January twentieth" this Tuesday (note #1: the letters "NBC" and the number "15" often appeared to have had been part of certain advertisements and TV programs related to WPMI-TV before this Tuesday earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one (note #2: some of the news programming related to WPMI-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel before this Tuesday earlier this calendar year occasionally appeared to have had involved a reporter for certain parts of it related to weather named "Alan Sealls" (note #3: some of the news programming related to WKRG-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the calendar year prior to this one (2019) and certain certain calendar years prior to that one often appeared to have had a involved a reporter of weather named "Alan Sealls"))). 
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Friday of the tenth day of this January ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had involved some disembodied voices similar to the voices it appeared to have had for one of its contributors while appearing to have had the contributor appear to speak (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Lenise Ligon) being used to say, "Well political protests are not welcome at the Olympics The International Olympic Committee releasing new guidelines for the summer games in Tokyo. Now they are forbidding, uh certain things, I want to go over those rules, and now it seems we're changing stories" while appearing to have had a video with digital graphics resembling texts of "NEW ASTRONAUT GRADUATES" and "FROM NASA'S ARTEMIS PROGRAM", some disembodied voices similar to the ones mentioned earlier in this paragraph being used to say, "So, a new year, it means a new crew of astronauts for NASA [pronounced as it could be spelled this way: NASS-SA]. The space agency announcing eleven astronauts graduated under the Artemis program after completing more than two years of basic training. Now eligible for, assignments, on the International Space Nation and we do have that protest story on the Olympics now," while appearing to have had a video with digital graphics involving texts of "NO PROTESTS AT THE OLYMPICS" and "IOC: NEW GUIDELINES MEANT TO FOSTER RESPECT" appear immediately afterwards, and some other disembodied voices similar to the ones mentioned earlier in this paragraph being used to say, "About [or -- about] the rules that were talking about, in Tokyo" while appearing to have had a video with digital graphics involving texts of " 'PYTHON BOWL' KICKS OFF" and "FLORIDA") appear immediately afterwards.
