Commentary: Discretion

• I would suggest a certain being or a certain group of beings in charge of a certain kind of station specialized in broadcasting who might be interested the station to broadcast programming for a TV programming service separate from the station study the service (carefully and thoroughly) before deciding whether to use station to broadcast programming for the service or not (note: this commentary was based upon research of what I had believed to had been certain TV programming service named New Tang Dynasty Television (or NTD Television) and a certain belief of mine of a certain TV station related to southwest Alabama named WWBH-LP having had been connected to that service before this day (this Monday) earlier this calendar year).
