(near a static image with certain parts such as some resembling some text of, "WHO WILL" appearing directly above some text of, "WIN?") and some text of, "Watch Texas A&M try to upset top ranked Alabama TONIGHT on WKRG at 7 p.m.!" (near a static image with certain parts such as some resembling some text of, "ROLL" appearing directly above some text of, "TIDE" and some text of, "GIG" appearing directly above some text of, " 'EM ") related to its administration on the Saturday of the ninth day of this October (note: each of the kinds of images mentioned earlier in this paragraph appeared to have had certain parts other than the kinds of parts mentioned earlier in this paragraph resembling certain kinds of graphics that often appeared to have had been in some TV programming related to WKRG-TV before that Saturday or day of October earlier this calendar year).
