directly above some text of, "Today on FOX10 News starting at 4") related to its
administration this Tuesday (note: there often appeared to have had been
some TV programming related
to WALA-TV involving audible mentionings of "FOX10 [or FOX 10]" and
"FOX10 News [or FOX 10 News]" (and visual mentionings of "FOX10" (such
as graphics resembling texts of, "FOX10" appearing directly above
graphics resembling texts of, "NEWS")
before this Tuesday earlier this calendar year and
certain calendar
years prior to this one (and graphics resembling texts of, "FOX10"
