• At least one broadcast channel related to WPMI-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WPMI-TV) appeared to have had some graphics (near the bottom of a right corner) similar to certain kinds of graphics that often appeared to have had been in some TV programming related to WPMI-TV (or at certain parts of such programming related to news) before the Friday of the twenty-sixth day of this November earlier this calendar year while appearing to have had TV programming unrelated to WPMI-TV (or a TV program named "How the Grinch Stole Christmas!") for a certain period of time between one second and sixty seconds during the first half of the hour of 7:00 p.m that day.
  

• At least one broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV) appeared to have had TV programming unrelated to WKRG-TV (or at least certain parts of such programming (unrelated to WKRG-TV) related to news) being broadcast between certain parts of certain hours (or at least between certain parts of hours of 4:00 a.m., 5:00 a.m., and 6:00 a.m.) in which there often appeared to have had been TV programing related to WKRG-TV (or at least certain parts of such programming (related to WKRG-TV) related to news) being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV) on a daily basis through calendar days other than Saturday and Sunday before the one for twenty-fifth day of this November earlier this calendar year that very day (note (regarding parts of hours of 4:00 a.m., 5:00 a.m., and 6:00 a.m. mentioned earlier in this paragraph): between twenty-fifth and sixtieth minutes of an hour 4:00 a.m. and between first and sixtieth minutes of hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. immediately afterwards).   
  

• At least one broadcast channel related to WEAR-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WEAR-TV) appeared to have had TV programming unrelated to WEAR-TV (or at least certain parts of such programming (unrelated to WEAR-TV) related to news) being broadcast between certain parts of certain hours (or at least between certain parts of hours of 4:00 a.m., 5:00 a.m., and 6:00 a.m.) in which there often appeared to have had been TV programing related to WEAR-TV (or at least certain parts of such programming (related to WEAR-TV) related to news) being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WEAR-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WEAR-TV) on a daily basis through calendar days other than Saturday and Sunday before the one for the twenty-fifth day of this November (Thursday) earlier this calendar year that very day (note (regarding parts of hours of 4:00 a.m., 5:00 a.m., and 6:00 a.m. mentioned earlier in this paragraph): between thirtieth and sixtieth minutes of an hour 4:00 a.m. and between  first and sixtieth minutes of hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. immediately afterwards).
