- A certain broadcast frequency related to WNSP-FM had involved voices involving at least one group of words often used as a form of profanity (or at least this group of words (including at least one word often used as a form of profanity by its self)) at least once between the first and twelfth minutes of the hour of 6:00 a.m. this Friday (6:00:00 a.m. - 6:11:59 a.m.) (update for Saturday, November 26th, 2022: a certain World Wide Web site involving at least one section or page involving some text of, "Anchor" appearing directly above some text of, "by Spotify" appeared to have had at least one section or page involving a recording of audio (connected to a hyperlink appearing indirectly below some text of, "The Opening Kickoff - HR1 - 11.25.22 - Eric Collier, Chris Mullenix," appearing directly above some text of, "Dan Whelan" appearing directly above some text of, "Sports Radio 105.5 WNSP • Nov 25") similar to the audio mentioned earlier in this paragraph (including the one group of words mentioned earlier in this paragraph (between these points of its length: 07:25 - 07:30)) this Saturday).

WALA-TV involving audible (and visual) and mentionings of "FOX10 [or FOX
10]" (with pronunciations that could be spelled as FOX TEN, Fox TEN,
FOX ten, fox ten, FOX ten, and fox TEN) being broadcast on at least one
broadcast channel related to WALA-TV (or at least one main broadcast
channel related to WALA-TV) before the Wednesday or day of November
mentioned earlier in this paragraph earlier this calendar year (of 2022) and during certain
