- The way the Alabama Public Television station licensed to serve Mobile (WEIQ-TV) usually had 4:3 TV programs appear on its digital sub-channels* since the week of the Wednesday of this past May 13th was corrected by this past Monday, May 25th (the pictures for the programs usually appeared wider than they were in their correct format).
from one of the authors of a former World Wide Web site named Examiner.com, specifically two sections of it that were part of its existence: "Mobile (Alabama) TV Examiner" and "Mobile (Alabama) Radio Examiner" (note: this site could have certain features that could be seen without certain programs blocking them; each period of time mentioned on this site without any indication of the time zone to which it applied was a period of time for the Central time zone of the United States)
