- A Facebook page attributed to a certain member of the news operation at WALA-TV named Bob Grip appeared to have had a message attributed to him dated for the Wednesday of the twenty-first day of this March concerning a certain "broadcaster" named "Byron Day".
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Wednesday
of the fourteenth day of this March ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.")
appeared to have had one of its news presenters (Lenise Ligon)
presenting a report pertaining to her self ("I was away from the newscast last night to
help celebrate some local students and congratulations to the students
honored at the Daphne Optimist Youth Appreciation program").
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WKRG-TV during the second half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the Tuesday
of the twentieth day of this March ("WKRG News 5 at 6:30") appeared to have had a certain video of a certain report involving the words, "In Montgomery, Rashad Hudson, CBS 42 News:
local coverage you can count on" immediately after having one of its
news presenters (Mel Showers) saying, "News 5's capital reporter Rashad Hudson takes a look at what it
could mean for your child and their school if the bill passes and
becomes law" immediately after saying, "In Alabama, law makers in the
House are expected to vote on a bill that could arm teachers in the
state".
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WKRG-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the twentieth day of this March ("WKRG News 5 at 5") appeared to have had one of its news presenters (Rose Ann Haven) saying, "Congratulations to everyone and thank you for all you do. We--we appreciate you", the other one (Devon Walsh) saying, "I know -- I feel like we could have given an award to every single person in the person" and the first one mentioned saying, "Absolutely" in that order immediately after having audio of their presenting parts of a report of an awards banquet involving the one mentioned first and members of a certain department of the city of Mobile in southwest Alabama (for example, it appeared to have had audio of the first one mentioned saying, "I have the honor of mceeing it").*
- The last part of the local news program that appeared on the main
broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the twentieth day of this March
("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had audio of one of its
reporters (a weather reporter named Matt Barrentine)
saying, "You got a
little cool in the morning, but hey, guess what, it's going to be hot
the rest of the year, so enjoy these last few days of cool weather" for a
report related to weather and one of it news presenters (Bob Grip)
saying, "And a big event coming up at seven o'clock at the Riverview
Plaza: the HiQ Championship -- all of the questions are right here"
while holding and pointing toward an envelope (note: it also appeared to
have had other news
presenter (Lenise Ligon) appearing to lean toward him with the tops of
her left thumb and left index finger appearing close together while
still him and his appearing to hold the envelope afterwards).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the twentieth day of this March ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had audio of one of its news presenters (Lenise Ligon) saying, "Thousands of people are going to put on their running shoes and hit the pavement in Mobile -- we're talking about the Azalea Trail Run -- it is Saturday -- runners ranging from professional athletes to people who just want to have some fun; get some fitness with some family or friends -- you've got a 10K, 5K, 2K-family-fun run -- you can register online through tomorrow or race headquarters at the Mobile Civic Center on Friday -- it's a good race" and audio of the other one (Bob Grip) saying, "And once you burn off those calories, you can fuel back up at the fourth annual Downtown Cajun Cookoff. About twenty teams will compete Saturday to see who has the best Cajun dish -- we're talking everything from gumbo to jambalaya and shrimp creole. Best part, you could taste it all and pick the people's choice" immediately afterwards.
