News for Monday, October 15th, 2018 (amended)
(note: the fifth paragraph below this sentence was amended with additional information)
- A certain TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared to had been part of the main broadcast channel for WPMI-TV during the second half of the hour of 12:00 p.m. this Monday ("Gulf Coast Today") appeared to have had its hosts (Kelly Foster and Terra Reeves) discussing a certain "movie" named "The Wizard of Oz" without any mention as to which movie by that name was being discussed (update for Tuesday, October 16th, 2018: a transcript of a part of the program involving such a discussion was added to a separate part of this site named "Conversations in Broadcasting #48").
- A certain TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that
usually appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the
hour of 9:00 a.m. this Monday ("Studio 10") appeared to have had one of its hosts (a certain Joe Emer)
saying, "We are here at the brand new Rouses location in West Mobile
for a very, very special cooking segment today with Chef Nino from
Rouses. Good to see you as always, my friend" and, "And we also have a
live studio today. Give Chef Nino a round of applause" for a certain
part of it related to cooking (note #1: a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV
appeared to have had what might or might not had been a recording of
this part of the program (note #2: not every previous broadcast of the
program in this period of time before this Monday had an audience)).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WKRG-TV during the second half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. this Monday
("WKRG News 5 at 6") appeared to have had audio of one of its news presenters (Devon Walsh)
saying, "Coming up, all -- all new on News 5 tonight. Oh boy that line
up looks good beginning with 'Neighborhood' at seven, 'Happy Together' at
seven thirty, 'Magnum P-I' at eight, 'Bull' at nine, and of course, join
Rose Ann, Alan, and Randy Patrick for 'News 5' at ten" while appearing to
have had some digital graphics involving texts of "WHAT'S ON NEWS 5
TONIGHT", "7:00 PM: THE NEIGHBORHOOD", "7:30 PM: HAPPY TOGETHER", "8:00
P.M: MAGNUM P.I.", "9:00 PM: BULL", and "NEWS 5 AT 10:00 PM" appearing beside some graphics resembling text of "CBS".
- The local news program that appeared to had been part of the main
broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Sunday
of the fourteenth day of this October ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.")
appeared to have had its news presenter (Shelby Myers)
saying, "Welcome back everyone. It's a comeback out of my hometown,
or...pretty close to it: in April the small community of Fulton just
north of here in Clarke County experienced flash flooding like they've
never seen before. Fulton firefighters risking everything to save
others; they're own department taking a hard hit itself. Well that all
happened six months ago to the day, so, I ventured back to Fulton to
check in on the recovery as they held a fundraiser to build a new fire
department. Take a look" before appearing to have had a certain video
involving a certain narrative (note: a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had what might or might not had been a recording of this part of the program).
- A certain Internet video stream
for a certain World Wide Web site named Livestream that usually
appeared to have had local news programming related to WKRG-TV before
this Monday in recent times did not appear to have had a recording of
the first part of a certain installment of a certain TV program related
to WKRG-TV named "WKRG Sports Overtime"
or a recording of any part of the local news program that appeared to
had been part of the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV between the
fifteenth and the forty-fifth minutes of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the
Sunday of the fourteenth day of this October ("WKRG News 5 at 10") between the hours of 1:00
a.m. and the twenty-fifth minute of the hour of 4:00 a.m. for this
Monday (note: the channel usually appeared to have had been set to have a
program named "WKRG News 5 at 10" and a program named "WKRG Sports
Overtime" in proximity with each other on Sunday (usually between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. in the order in which they were mentioned before this part of the paragraph) prior to the one for the fourteenth day of this October in recent times).
