It happened in Wiggins, Mississippi. Police there tell us it happened at around one this morning. Now the victim, who actually works at that Sonic called the police after they were shot. Police chief Matt Barnett says the suspect shot the victim back and then fled. Now they actually have a lead on one suspect, but anybody with more information is urged to contact the police department" (note: the speaker might or might not had been been that of the news presenter for the program (Jason Carter)).
    • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the twenty-ninth day of the month of September for this calendar year ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had its news presenter (Jason Carter) saying, "Well a dog was bitten by an alligator in Baldwin County. The Bay Animal Clinic posted pictures of Bonnie -- a really cute little brunette-like labrador dog -- after she was bitten twice -- there we go  --  bitten twice on Fly Creek. The clinic warns quote, these creatures are lurking, so be aware of your surroundings. Most dogs...don't survive encounters with gators. The clinic says Bonnie is doing better and is currently healing" (note: the program also appeared to had static images of a dog and a crocodile/gator immediately before the words "after she was bitten" were said) and, "Well happening now, if you get up to Montgomery, the Alabama State Fair is taking place. It's all underway. Gates opened last night at the Garrett Coliseum in Montgomery. Fire marshals and health department were on the fairgrounds...making sure everything was ready. However listen to this: the state of Alabama doesn't require state inspections of amusement park rides, but, an independent rides inspector is there to inspect as they was set up, so, fingers crossed everything is good and safe. This year the fair starts, uh, a new, week -- a few weeks earlier than in the years past, but it will run until October eighth. Well coming up... horrible story of a teen attacked by a shark. We take you where the attack occurred and explain what may have caused it next. Plus, a ride across Baldwin County raises money for the children's research hospital that saved one of the bikers' lives" immediately before one of its breaks from appearing on the channel in that period of time that day.
