  • A certain World Wide Web site related to a certain company based in southwest Alabama specialized in publishing named Lagniappe appeared to have had an article dated for this Wednesday related to broadcasting in this area named "Split up Mobile-Pensacola TV media market" (note: a certain World Wide Web site named Issuu appeared to had received a certain publication related to the company involving the same commentary on the Tuesday of the fourteenth day of this August).   
  • A certain Internet video stream that usually appeared to have had local news programming for WALA-TV in recent times was often inaccessible during the local news programming they had during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the fourteenth day of this August (note: the stream appeared to have had recordings of only some of the local news programming they had during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. afterwards that day between then and some of the morning hours for this Wednesday).
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the fourteenth day of this August ("WKRG News 5 at 6") appeared to have had one of its reporters (a sports reporter named Randy Patrick Setterstrom) saying, "And the Spartan Races are coming back to Saraland. Today they announced that the Spartan Races will be holding two events over two days: the weekend of March fifteenth through seventeenth of twenty nineteen...and they'll have a Alabama super, which will consist of a ten-mile course, and they'll have a sprint race, which is a three-mile course, and then they'll have the Mel Showers course, which is about -- which is --" and a news presenter for the program named "Mel Showers" saying, "The easiest. Thank you, Randy. More in just a moment" immediately afterwards immediately before one of its breaks from appearing on the channel in that period of time that day. 
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channels for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the eighth day of this August ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.) appeared to have have had one of its news presenters conducting an interview with a certain "Mary Kim" by telephone whereas the one that appeared on the channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. afterwards that day ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its reporters (Lee Peck) conducting another interview with a certain "Mary Kim" while beside each other (note #1: the local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. that day ("WKRG News 5 at 10:00") appeared to have had one of its own news presenters (Rose Ann Haven) also conducting an interview with a certain "Mary Kim" by telephone (note #2: a certain World Wide Web related to WKRG-TV appeared to had been used by its administration to upload what might or might had not been a recording of this part of that program that day)).
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the fourteenth day of this August ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its news presenters (Byron Day) saying, "Ok, we'll get Jason's mike straighten out in a second" immediately after appearing to have had some videos involving animated graphics resembling text of "STORM TRACKER", a beach with digital graphics resembling texts of "LIVE" and "THE HANGOUT", and some animated graphics resembling texts of "BACK TO SCHOOL" and "BALDWIN COUNTY" with audio of a certain disembodied voice being used to say, "Back to school, Baldwin County" before appearing to have have a video similar to the one mentioned first and a video similar to the one mentioned second with audio of a certain other disembodied voice being used to say, "Ok, here's a look at the beach" before appearing to have had a video of a certain reporter for the program named Jason Smith appearing to use that voice for a report related to weather immediately afterwards.
