• Certain parts of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the twenty-sixth day of this November ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Byron Day) saying phrases such as these: "Well folks on the bayou may be spittin up their gumbo tonight; LSU's reign at the top of the college football playoff rankings, is over, for now", "Well a new survey says Mobile, is the most sinful city in Alabama. Do you agree. Tonight's sound off, coming up", and, "In tonight's FOX 10 Sound Off, Mobile is number one, the most sinful city in the state, that's according to an analysis, by wallet hub, a personal financial Web site" (note: certain parts of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had some videos similar to the part of the program involving the phrases quoted last in this paragraph).

• Certain parts of a certain Facebook page involving various texts of "Robby Baker WKRG" appeared to have had involved some texts such as, "Getting ready for our 'Battle for Bragging Rights' Iron Bowl special Our guests this year will be Kenny King and Deshaun Davis!" and, "The stage is set! Ready to tape our Iron Bowl special with Kenny King and DeShaun Davis" and some images with parts resembling text of "BATTLE FOR BRAGGIN' RIGHTS" related to its administration this Wednesday (note #1: one of the images (specifically the one near the text of "The stage is set! Ready to tape our Iron Bowl special with Kenny King and DeShaun Davis") also appeared to have had elements resembling text of "IRON BOWL" (note #2: some of the news programming related to WKRG-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel before this Wednesday earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one often appeared to have had a certain contributor of its some of its content (a reporter of sports) named "Robby Baker")).
