  • The main broadcast channel for WALA-TV appeared to have had a video involving certain beings saying phrases such as, "WALA FOX 10 has the best solutions for your brand" and, "Contact us. We will get through this", and certain digital graphics resembling groups of text such as some text of, "sales@fox10tv.com" between appearing to have had certain parts of a certain TV program named "Jeopardy!" during the first half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the sixth day of this May.
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the third day of the month of April for this calendar year ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a presenter named Shelby Myers) saying phrases such as, "You know, Lenise, we have been overwhelmed, in the best way possible, and these messages aren't just, giving you guys at home hope, they have been giving me hope here, as well. Take a listen to this one." (note #1: the program appeared to have had a contributor (or a presenter) named "Lenise" (or Lenise Ligon) appear immediately before appearing to have had this part and a video involving a certain being other than than the presenter or the one named Shelby Myers appear with digital graphics involving groups of text similar to these groups of text immediately afterwards: "FAITH OVER FEAR", "PASTOR DAVE RHODES", and "CHICKASAW UNITED METHODIST CHURCH" (note: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had a video similar to this part this one on the Friday of the fourth day of that month),
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the tenth day of the month of March for this calendar year ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had involved one of its contributors (a presenter of news named Lenise Ligon) saying, "President Trump, just endorsed Tommy Tuberville", one of its other contributors (a presenter of news named Byron Day) saying, "Yeah that big breaking news shaking up Alabama's political landscape tonight, the one mentioned first saying, "Jeff Sessions, the first U-S senator to endorse then candidate Trump, in two thousand sixteen, now getting the ultimate, cold shoulder ultimate, cold shoulder, from the commander in chief" immediately afterwards, the one mentioned second saying, "Our Lee Peck following this story and Lee, it didn't take too long for Tuberville to react, to the president's tweet" immediately afterwards, and one of its other contributors (a reporter of news named Lee Peck) saying, "It sure didn't, Byron and Lenise. This all going down just before news time, playing out on President Trump's favorite way to communicate with the masses, Twitter" (note: certain parts of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had a video similar to this part on the Wednesday of the eleventh day of that month). 
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the fifth day of the month of April for this calendar year ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a presenter of news Michael Warrick) saying, "Well coming up next, we love to put a smile on your face even in the midst of this, historic, coronavirus outbreak, some of", some disembodied voices similar to the voices it appeared to have had for the contributor while appearing to have had the contributor appear to speak being used to say, "Our [or -- our] favorite FOX 10 Surprise Squad moments. You know they're still at it! That's coming up next but first, a message of encouragement [while appearing to have had a video and some digital graphics involving groups of text similar to these groups of text: 'COMING UP' and 'FOX10 SURPRISE SQUAD'] immediately afterwards, and a video involving groups of text similar to these groups of text immediately afterwards: "COMMITTED TO" and "YOUR FAITH" (note: a separate part of the program that might or might not had appeared to have had been part of the channel in the same period of time afterwards appeared to have had a presenter of news named Michael Warrick saying, "Our daily lives are changing a lot, because of these unprecedented times, but we still want to put a smile on our faces, and hopefully put one, on yours. That's what the FOX 10 Surprise Squad is all about, so here's a look back, at some of our favorites", a video with digital graphics resembling text of, "SURPRISE SQUAD" immediately afterwards, and the contributor saying, "Ahh we'll get back out there! We will get, back, out there" immediately afterwards.
