News for Sunday, June 4th, 2017
- The main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV had some video about a plan to
have two of their local news programs broadcast from an amusement park
in the city of Gulf Shores in southwest Alabama (Waterville USA)
on the Tuesday of the sixth day of this June (the names of the programs
were "WKRG News 5 at 6 [p.m]" and "WKRG News 5 at 6:30 [p.m.]").
- The main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV did not have special news
programming at a time when they usually did not have local news
programming on Sunday in recent times in accordance with an announcement by the news presenter for the local news program that appeared on the
channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. for the Saturday
of the third day of this June (the name of the program was "WKRG News 5 at 10", the name of the news presenter was Ashley Knight, as for the announcement, it went like this: "tune in to News 5 (brand name of their main programming
feed and their local news operation) at 5:00 a.m. Sunday to catch News
5's Debbie Williams (a news reporter)-- bringing live coverage on air and online on
the red snapper protests planned by fishermen at Perdido Pass (in the city of Orange Beach in southwest Alabama)".
