- The news presenters for the local news programs that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the twenty-eighth day of this June (Bob Grip and Lenise Ligon of "FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m." and "FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m." respectively) had used certain parts of them to mention a colleague of theirs (a news reporter named Rebekah Hoeger) leaving her position in their local news operation for a different position in a different company.*

- The hosts of a local TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 a.m. this past Wednesday (Chasity Byrd and Joe Emer on "Studio 10") each had a story involving past members of the local news operation for WALA-TV for the program (the one named Chasity Byrd had said five of those past reporters (Leticia Bush (Bereola), April Douglas (Miller), Andrew Perez, Denise Hrdlica (Rowell), and Anissa Centers) were interviewed about the member of the operation mentioned in the second paragraph (after presenting a video about her career that was part of some of their programming this past Tuesday) whereas the one named Joe Emer had said two other past members (Cary Chow and Qwesi (Q) McCray) were part of a wedding (for Cary Chow) attended by him.
(*A Facebook page attributed to this colleague of theirs had a message attributed to her about her leaving the operation dated for the Sunday of the twenty-fifth day of this June)
(**the video of the luncheon was also part of the local news program that appeared on the channel during the hour of 4:00 p.m. that day and this Thursday ("FOX 10 News at 4:00 p.m."); it was also part of the installment of the program mentioned in the third paragraph from the top of this report that appeared on the channel this Thursday)
(***some video of a weather reporter for the local news operation at WKRG-TV (named John Nodar) talking about the member of the local news operation for WALA-TV mentioned in the second paragraph from the top of this report preceded the video of the luncheon mentioned in that paragraph on the local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. this past Wednesday (he appeared to be on the set on the local news programs for WKRG-TV while doing so))
