- A Facebook page attributed to WEAR-TV had a message attributed to the one of the weather reporters for their local news operation (Kathryn Daniel) dated for this Wednesday about one of its other weather reporters (Meg McNamara) leaving the operation this Wednesday.
- The hosts of the local TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 a.m. this Wednesday (Joe Emer and Chasity Byrd of "Studio 10") kept referring to a plan to celebrate the bicentennial of the day the state of Alabama originally became a state as a plan to celebrate the bicentennial of the founding of one of its cities (Mobile).*
- One of the hosts of a radio program dedicated to technology broadcast by Mississippi Public Broadcasting during the hour of 10:00 a.m. this Wednesday (Cherita Brent) said she was "alone" in the studio for the program while its other hosts (Jeremy Thompson and Wiltz Cutrer) were located elsewhere (the audio qualities of the voices of those other hosts were lower than the audio quality of the voice of the one who said she was "alone"; as for the name of the program they were hosting, it was "Everyday Tech").
(*the bicentennial of the founding of Mobile was actually in the year 1902 whereas the bicentennial of Alabama becoming a state would actually be in the year 2019)
