- One of the hosts of a weekly radio program for Mississippi Public Broadcasting dedicated to discussing technology (Cherita Brent of "Everyday Tech") had used one of the last two minutes of its installment for this Wednesday to announce that this calendar week would be her last week of being part of Mississippi Public Broadcasting.
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the twenty-seventh day of this June ("WKRG News 5 at 10") had a vertical image of the Capitol in the city of Washington in the District of Columbia and the words "Health Care Debate" appear sideways on a monitor that was set in a horizontal position while one of its news presenters (Mel Showers (the name of its other news presenter was Rose Ann Haven)) was presenting a report related to health.
- The local news programs that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the twenty-seventh day of this June ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.", "FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.", and "FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m." respectively) each had a video about a member of their local news operation (a news reporter and a news presenter named Renee Dials) talking about her time as an investigator for the operation between reports of her retiring from the operation by the Friday of the thirtieth day of this June.
- The guides to the main broadcast channel for WFNA-TV for the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. for next Monday through Friday (the third through seventh days of July for this calendar year) TitanTV, Zap2it, and Comcast had the names of two different types of programming that were not usually listed for those times for those (calendar) days in recent times (they usually had the name of a local radio program ("The Uncle Henry Show") listed for those hours for those days in recent times; as for the names of the types of programming they had for those hours for those days for the next calendar week, they had "paid programming" in reference to paid commercial programming for the hour of 5:00 a.m. and "The Andy Griffith Show" in reference to entertainment programming for the hour of 6:00 a.m.).
