News for Monday, January 5th, 2015

  • WKRG-TV had a report from the Cable News Network (CNN) about the International Consumer Electronics Show for the current calendar year take the place of their plan to have a cooking segment in their local TV programming today (they usually had a local cooking segment in their programming from Monday through Thursday between 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m.* as part of their local midday news program ("WKRG News 5 at Noon")).
  • According to WKRG-TV, the reason for the aforementioned change in their local TV programming plans for today was due to a change of plans by the person who would have been their guest for the cooking segment they would had today if not for that change of plans.
  • According to the TV programming guide on the official World Wide Web site for the Entertainment and Sports Programming Network (ESPN), their main TV programming service's programming about the collegiate football game that took place at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile this past Sunday, January 4th, was set to be rebroadcast through two of their auxiliary TV programming services between now and this Wednesday, January 7th (the one named ESPNU would have it this Tuesday, January 6th, between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.; the one named ESPN2 would have it this Wednesday between 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.).
