  • Today's edition of WPMI-TV's local morning news program ("Local 15 Today") did not begin at 4:30 a.m. like previous editions of it in recent times (it began at 5:00 a.m.).
    • According to WPMI-TV, the reason for today's edition of their local morning news program beginning at 5:00 a.m. instead of 4:30 a.m. like previous editions of it in recent times was due to 5:00 a.m. being its new regular start time by then (it had been changed from 4:30 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. by then).
    • A network news program from the National Broadcasting Company (NBC) titled "Early Today" appeared on the main broadcast channel for WPMI-TV 30 minutes later than usual today during the time period that was normally used for broadcasting the first few segments of their local morning news program before today.

      So WPMI's weekday morning newscast will begin at 5:00 a.m. permanently ?

      According to TitanTV listings, it shows 5:00-7:00 a.m. permanently. LocateTV and Zap2it listings show the 4:30 a.m. half-hour returning next Tuesday.
