News for Friday, July 7th, 2017

• The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") this past Thursday on the sixth day of this July had a report about a Facebook page for their local news operation. 

• A video of what appeared to be a broadcast tower for one of the radio stations in southwest Alabama (WBHY-FM) appeared to had been uploaded onto a YouTube channel attributed to a member of the broadcast operation for one of the TV stations in southwest Alabama (an administrator for WALA-TV named Bill Flowers) on the Sunday of the second day of July for this calendar year.

• Some video of two of the news presenters for the local news operation at WPMI-TV (Darwin Singleton and Kelly Foster) on what appeared to be the set for their local news programs was used on a national TV program named "Last Week Tonight with John Oliver" dated for the Sunday of the second day of July for this calendar year (you may access a recording of the installment of the program with the video on a YouTube channel attributed to the program itself (between points 9:19 and 9:33)).*
