News for Thursday, February 9th, 2017

  • A former camera operator for WALA-TV named Al Quiovers was part of a local TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared on their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 a.m. this Thursday (the name of the program was "Studio 10").   
  • A message attributed to a former owner of WDLT-FM named J. Alex Bowab suggesting that WABF-AM broadcasts at both their current broadcast frequency (1480 kilocycles) and their former broadcast frequency (1220 kilocycles) was posted onto an Internet message board before their switch to their current one around the first day of this February.
