  • A certain part of a certain TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared to have had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the Wednesday of the twenty-second day of this May ("Studio 10") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain host for certain parts of it named Chelsey Sayasane) saying, "Welcome back. A new country music group is on the fast, track to stardom. The band, King Calaway, is described as a cross between the Eagles and One Direction. And get this, within a few months of being signed to their record label, they play the Grand Ole Opry and were invited to play for Garth Brooks. Sean McAllister from our Meredith sister station in Las Vegas, catches up with the group", a certain video involving digital graphics with texts of "THE MUSIC SCENE", "KING CALAWAY", and "UP AND COMING COUNTRY BAND" immediately afterwards, and the same contributor saying, "So exciting. Again, that was Sean McAllister from our sister station FOX 5 in Las Vegas" (note: certain parts of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had videos similar to this part with the exception of what it appeared to have had the contributor saying after appearing to have had the video mentioned earlier earlier in this paragraph). 
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Monday of the fourteenth day of this May ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had a certain contributor of its content (a certain reporter for a certain part of it related to weather named Adam Olivier) saying, "Yeah, Byron and Lenise. It was a crazy day where all of the ingredients came together to produce scenes like this. This is a tornado near, Mangum, Oklahoma" immediately after appearing to have had a certain contributor of its content named Byron (Day) saying, "Of course we're continuing to follow the story out of the midwest. It has been a wild day out there, for folks in the plains. Strong storms have been producing, all sorts of severe weather today including tornadoes", and a certain other contributor of its content named Lenise (Ligon) saying, "Meteorologist Adam Olivier with a look at some of the damage left behind now. Adam" immediately afterwards with some digital graphics involving texts of "BREAKING NEWS", "TORNADOES RIP SOUTHERN PLAINS", and " 'DANGEROUS & MASSIVE' STORM CAUSES DAMAGE" (note: the program appeared to have had a video involving animated graphics resembling text of "BREAKING NEWS" immediately before appearing to have had the contributors named Lenise Ligon and Byron Day saying the sentences attributed to them in this paragraph).
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the sixteenth day of this May ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of its related to news named Lenise Ligon) saying, "All right, we've got just some dramatic video here. We want to show you what we've got. Uh, Let's listen in a little bit first", and, "Yeah, you can hear that, a military plane in the building. Crazy breaking news from southern California tonight. An F-16 fighter jet, loaded with ordinance , crashing into this industrial building that you saw there behind me in Riverside. The hole in the roof something else and that's aptly where it went in, right there. One person in the building was hurt; the pilot able to safely eject. This all happened right next to March Air reserve base. Uh, apparently that F-16 fighting falcon jet was taken off when something went wrong" and one of its other contributors (a certain presenter for certain other parts of it related to news named Byron Day) saying, "Boy I'll say" immediately afterwards (note: the program appeared to have had a group of nine monitors displaying parts of a certain video and some digital graphics involving texts of "BREAKING NEWS", "F-16 CRASHES INTO BUILDING", "ONE PERSON IN BUILDING INJURED/PILOT EJECTED" while appearing to have had the contributor named Lenise Ligon).
