(WKRG) -- News 5 Assignment Manager Jennifer Rogers was just diagnosed with colon cancer and is now receiving treatment. You have a chance to meet her and show your support for her, and others with the diagnosis Saturday, May 11 at WKRG's 'Butt-Out Colon Cancer Ride.' " this Friday. 
  • A certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had a certain video related to them with various forms of texts such as "Celebrating Mel", "Mel Showers honored by Alabama Legislature", "House passes commendation of broadcasting legend's 50 year career", "By: Peter Albrecht", "Posted: May 09, 2019 09:48 PM CDT, "Updated: May 09, 2019 10:27 PM CDT", and "MONTGOMERY, Ala (WKRG) -- The Alabama House of Representatives Thursday passed a resolution commending the career of retiring WKRG-TV news anchor Mel Showers." this Friday.
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the tenth day of this May ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain reporter for certain parts of it related to sports named Bri MacNaught) saying, "What is the solution? I don't know, and that's why I'm here and not, at the NCAA offices. For FOX 10 Sports, I am Bri MacNaught" after appearing to have had a certain video involving digital graphics with texts of "UNDRAFTED UNDERCLASSMEN" and "NICK SABAN'S TAKE".
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the tenth day of this May ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had certain discussions involving one of its contributors (a certain reporter for certain parts of it related to news named Toi Thornton) saying, "The airport authority says it's reached out to the airline multiple times by phone and e-mail, but they still haven't heard back. Bizarre, right?" before appearing to have had a certain video involving digital graphics with texts of  "AIRLINE CONFUSION" and "STILL NO SIGN OF VIA AIRLINE FLIGHTS AT BROOKLEY" and the same contributor saying "The flights from Mobile are still an option on this Web site, but buyer beware" immediately afterwards (note: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had a video similar to this part).
