  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the twelfth day of this June ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Lenise Ligon) saying, "And a consumer alert for you tonight: Amazon customers might to be the target of a new scam. Mysterious packages that you didn't order showing up on your door. Uh, they call this brushing, and the scammers are cleaning up big time. Former FOX 10 News anchor Renee Dials says they almost got her, now she's warning you" and a certain video often involving a narrative and digital graphics with texts of "NEW AT 10", "CONSUMER ALERT: "BRUSHING", and "AMAZON CONSUMERS RECEIVING UNEXPECTED PACKAGES" (alternating with texts of "RENEE DIALS" and "FORMER FOX 10 NEWS ANCHOR"), and the contributor saying, "Yeah, you got to stay alert. Now keep in mind that when you set up your accounts that some e-mail providers might be more secure than others. Full disclosure, this happened to me, too. I immediately contacted Amazon and changed my account information" (a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had a video similar to this part this Thursday).
  • Certain parts of certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hours 5:00 p.m. and of 9:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the twelfth day of this June ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m." for the hour mentioned first; "FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m." for the hour mentioned second) appeared to have had one of their contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of them related to news named Byron Day) saying, "In tonight's FOX 10 News Fugitive Files, caveat emptour" for some presentations of theirs (transcript of the part of the program mentioned first: Byron Day: In tonight's FOX 10 News Fugitive Files, caveat emptour. Let the buyer beware. One guy thinks he got a deal to buy a used car, but, became a robbery victim instead. (transcript of the part for the program mentioned second: Byron Day: In tonight's FOX 10 News Fugitive Files, caveat emptour. That's Latin for let the buyer beware. That might have been some pretty good advice for a guy who just wanted to buy a used car, but, wound up as a robbery victim. (note: the part of the program mentioned first did not appear to have had any mentioning of "Latin" afterwards (note #2: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV involving texts of "Caveat Emptor" and "That's Latin for 'Let the buyer beware'." appeared to have had a video similar to the part of the program mentioned earlier in this paragraph this Thursday)).  
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the twelfth day of this June ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Byron Day) saying "gesundheit" after appearing to have had audio of a certain sound during a certain presentation involving his self (transcript of presentation: Byron Day: Well if you've been to the pump, you know gas prices are falling, but there's more good news, we could be paying two dollars a gallon, or less during the summer. According to Triple A, the national average, currently at two seventy-two a gallon, which is all ready seventeen cents lower than last month. Now, they're saying those prices could fall, under two fifty a gallon in the next few months -- gesundheit -- if the average, heh heh, drops any more than that, about half the gas stations in the country, could be selling gas, for under two dollars. If you're wondering, the average gas price in Mobile County, two dollars and thirty-one cents, a little bit higher in Baldwin County" (note: the program appeared to have had some digital graphics involving texts of "GAS PRICES COULD PLUMMET" and "AAA: AVERAGE COULD FALL UNDER $2.50 PER GALLON" for some of what it appeared to have had the contributor saying)). 
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the twelfth day of this June ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Lenise Ligon) saying, "While a lot of people will be keeping up with Tiger Woods at the U-S Open this week, we're learning about the circumstances surrounding, his father's burial", one of its other contributors (a certain other presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Byron Day) saying, "Earl Woods died of a heart attack in twenty sixteen. Many believe, he was an important part of Tiger's life, but his grave site, is revealing a possible rift between the two" immediately afterwards, the contributor mentioned first saying, "Ellen McNamara from our sister station in Kansas City explains" immediately afterwards, and a certain video involving a narrative and digital graphics with texts of "NEW AT 10", "BURIED FAMILY SECRET", and "TIGER WOODS' FATHER BURIED IN UNMARKED GRAVE" immediately afterwards (note #1: the graphics appeared to have had alternated between appearing to have had those texts together and texts of "NEW AT 10", "TERRY DEWEESE" and "FORMER DIRECTOR PARKS AND REC." in place of them at one point before appearing to have had them later in the video (note #2: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site unrelated to WALA-TV appeared to have had a video similar to the one mentioned earlier in this paragraph)).
