  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the sixteenth day of this May ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of its related to news named Byron Day) saying, "Good for him" immediately after appearing to have had one of its other contributors (a certain presenter for certain other parts of it related to news named Lenise Ligon" saying, "Former president Jimmy Carter out of the hospital now. The thirty-ninth president fell and broke his hip Monday as he was leaving home for a turkey hunt. He had a hip replacement surgery the same day. Doctors say that surgery was a success. Carter will continue his recovery at home and he is not letting that injury get in his way . He says he plans to teach Sunday school this weekend. He is the oldest living former president" (and a certain video involving digital graphics with texts of "JIMMY CARTER OUT OF HOSPITAL" and "AFTER HIP REPLACEMENT SURGERY" for some of what it appeared to have had the contributor saying). 
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Monday of the third day this June ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") ended with a certain disembodied voice similar to that of a certain voice it appeared to have had while appearing to have had one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Byron Day), being used to say, "That is so unfair to show that right now. Stay with FOX 10 News, there's a lot going on in sports. Our own Bri MacNaught's got you covered. We'll be back." immediately after appearing to have had one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Lenise Ligon) saying, "Well, how does free doughnuts from Krispy Kreme sound to, you? You could get some this Friday, in celebration of National Doughnut Day -- did you know? Krispy Kreme recently announcing it hopes to give away a million doughnuts this Friday at participating locations. No purchase necessary, but guests are limited to one, free doughnut each. If the company reaches that one-million-dollar-doughnut goal, it plans to host another free doughnut giveaway later this month. The Mobile and Foley locations will participate. So on Friday, you could get 'em while they're hot. Teh" (with a digital graphic involving a design resembling text of "Krispy Kreme" appearing above some texts of "DOUGHNUTS" and "FREE DOUGHNUTS!" and some other digital graphics with texts of  "NEW AT 10", "FREE DOUGHNUT GIVEAWAY", and "THIS FRIDAY AT KRISPY KREME").
