• There appeared to have had been at least one video involving some disembodied voices being used to say, "WKRG News [is brought to you] by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama" being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV (or at least one such video being broadcast on at least one main broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV for a certain period of time between two seconds and six seconds immediately after a certain part of a certain TV program related to WKRG-TV related to news) during the second half of the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the twenty-fifth day of this July.

• A certain Facebook page related to WPMI-TV appeared to have had at least once section or part involving a video and some groups of text such as some text of, "WPMI NBC 15 News was live." and some text of, "EXCLUSIVELY ON FACEBOOK: NBC 15 NEWS AT 10  - https://mynbc15.com/" on the Sunday of the twenty-fifth day of this July (note #1: a certain part of at least one video that appeared to have had been near groups of text such as of the ones mentioned earlier in this paragraph (near the right end of its length) appeared to have had involved these phrases being said (in this very order): "Once again, NBC's coverage of the Tokyo Olympics is on NBC 15 [or fifteen] right now. Our regularly scheduled ten o'clock newscasts, will be delayed over the next two weeks"; "In the meantime we will bring you the top stories that effect you right along the gulf coast, right here, on our Facebook page"; "We thank you for making this adjustment we hope to see you tonight after Olympic coverage tonight, on NBC 15, at eleven." immediately afterwards (note #2: there were often audible and visual mentionings of "NBC 15" in TV programming related to WPMI-TV before that Sunday or day of July earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one (note #3: some of the text mentioned earlier in this paragraph ("https://mynbc15.com/") appeared to have had been parts of a hyperlink (or hypertext) connected to a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WPMI-TV that Sunday or day of July))).
