  • A certain World Wide Web site related to a certain Alabama Public Radio (or a certain World Wide Web site related to a certain radio programming  service (named Alabama Public Radio)) appeared to have had at least one section or page involving some groups of text such as some text of, "Transmission Updates" appearing directly above some text of, "July 4, 2021" appearing directly above some text of, "BBC World Service listeners: Alabama Public Radio is working to restore the BBC World Service to our late-night schedule.  The problem originated Thursday evening with a suspected power surge and a failure of key equipment designed to protect sensitive broadcast equipment from interruptions in the flow of electricity. Much of the damage has been addressed, but our ability to broadcast live programming received via satellite is still impaired. On Friday, APR and NPR staff devised an alternate distribution path for Morning Edition and All Things Considered, but BBC World Service is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for this interruption in overnight programming and are working on all fronts to restore normal operations." this Monday (note: there often appeared to have had been at least one radio station related to southwest Alabama connected to a radio programming service named Alabama Public Radio named WHIL-FM before this Monday earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one).
