- WKRG-TV had live videos about some members of their broadcast operation giving away lemonade in the city of Pensacola in the state of Florida on one of their local news programs ("WKRG News 5 at Noon") and official Facebook page this Wednesday.*
- The main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV had a promotional video for their local news operation with static images of young versions of some members of the operation and audio of a member of the operation (a news presenter and news reporter named Devon Walsh) saying, "Good luck on your first day from WKRG News 5: your back to school station".
- A group of digital graphics normally used on local news programs for WPMI-TV in recent times (including a scrolling news ticker, some temperatures predicted for certain cities in their local broadcast area, and logos for their broadcast operation and their main provider of network programming (the National Broadcasting Company (NBC)) appeared over some promotional videos they had on their main broadcast channel at a time when one of their local news programs for the channel ("Local 15 Today") usually started appearing on the channel on a daily basis from Monday through Friday in recent times (the segment appeared with the graphics about a minute later (5:01 a.m.)).
(*the video on the local news program froze while one of the aforementioned members spoke during its broadcast)
