- A local TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the Friday of the first day of this December ("Studio 10") appeared to have had its (Chasity Byrd and Joe Emer) conducting an interview with the host of a national TV program for a national cable TV and satellite TV programming service named truTV (the name of the program was "The Carbonaro Effoect"; the name of the host was Michael Carbonaro).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV after the special sports programming it had from their main provider of network programming (the FOX Broadcasting Company) during the evening hours for the Saturday of the second day of this December had its news presenter (Kati Weis) presenting a report of a news reporter for the operation other than her self (Alexa Knowles) "having [had] the pleasure of being the grand marshal" for a parade named the "Dauphin Island Christmas Parade" and her having said, "It was an honor to be picked as the grand marshal".
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the second day of this December ("WKRG News 5 at 10") had its sports reporter (Robby Baker) pronouncing the name of a certain game ("Sorry!") two different ways ("sar-ree" and "sore-ree" respectively) before appearing to tell the audience for the program the reason for one of those ways ("sore-ree") was for members of it from a certain place before having its news presenter (Ashley Knight) saying, "Sorry for all you Canadian viewers out there".
- The main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV appeared to have had a special program from a TV station related to theirs ("CBS42 College Football Saturday Post Game Show"*) when it was usually set to have network programming from their main provider of network programming (the Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS)) on a daily basis in recent times (during the hour of 7:00 p.m.) immediately after having special network programming from the service (by the end of the hour of 6:00 p.m.) at a time when it was usually set to have a syndicated program named "Today's Homeowner" on a weekly basis in recent times (the second half of the hour of 6:00 p.m.) on the Saturday of the second day of this December.
- The local news program for the broadcast channel for WKRG-TV mentioned in the third paragraph from the top of this report had its news presenter appearing to refer to a certain "Elizabeth Tew" by a phrase normally used in referring to TV stations related to WKRG-TV by ownership in some of the local news programming they had in recent times ("sister station") while introducing video of a report in which that name was being used reference to its reporter by the reporter herself (note: the reporter appeared to had been holding a microphone with the letters "WNCT" (the first four letters of the name of a TV station related to WKRG-TV by ownership based in the city of Raleigh in the state of North Carolina (WNCT-TV)** while referring to her self; as for what the news presenter was saying while introducing the video, she was saying, "Our sister station from North Carolina, Elizabeth Tew, has the story"***).
