and lifestyles that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV
during the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the Tuesday of the fifth day of this
December ("Studio 10") had video of one of its hosts (Chasity Byrd)
appearing to be in the middle of a
conversation with her head not facing the camera showing her (she
appeared to had been saying, "Have you ever been on 'Studio 10'? Ok"
while doing so) before
having her facing the camera and saying, All right they like to pop us
up real quick" and her saying, "All right, let's get down to it" before
introducing some guests of hers (she appeared to had said this to the guests after introducing them: "Guys, I promise--I promise not to pop you--pop you up like that").
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel
for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the fifth day
of this December ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") had audio of its news
presenter (Bob Grip)
saying this regarding an initiative for the program to have a weather
reporter for the local news operation at WALA-TV appearing outside of a
certain house with certain decorations every night this December: "We
couldn't head out to a home today because of the potential for bad
weather this afternoon" (the local news that appeared on the channel
during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. that day ("FOX 10
News at 10:00 p.m.") had audio of the same news presenter saying much of the same phrase while speaking of the initiative; the words "this afternoon" were not mentioned).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of
the fifth day of this December ("WKRG News 5 at 5") had its news
presenters (Peter Albrecht and Devon Walsh)
commenting between their reporting of a ("short") list of candidates for
the title of "person of the year" for a certain series of publications ("Time") (this was how they were commenting on their reporting of it: Peter Albrecht: One surprise may be Colin Kaepernick, the former NFL
player who led the national anthem protest. Devon Walsh: A lot of
controversial names on the list, but it's always someone a lot of people
are talking about. Peter Albrecht: Yes, they may had influenced the
news; not necessarily the greatest person; the Stalin and Hitler and the
Ayatollah could had been person of the year.
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 12:00 p.m. this Thursday ("WKRG News 5 at Noon") had its news presenter (Devon Walsh) appearing to claim the current holder of the position of president of the United States would likely discuss a certain race for a position in the Senate of the United States involving the state of Alabama during a "rally" in the city of Pensacola in the state of Florida before having her appearing to express personal feelings regarding a group of players of football for one of the high schools in the city of Mobile in southwest Alabama (McGill-Toolen Catholic High School) while presenting a report of a certain game of football involving them (this is what she had said regarding the group: "Yesterday It was hard to watch my alma mater McGill-Toolen battle Hoover [High School] for the seven-eight championship, but things didn't end too well for them").
