- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel that
appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half
of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the third day of this
December ("WKRG News 5 at 10") had its sports reporter (Robby Baker)
saying, "Tonight we're starting something; we're calling it "Robby
Rants". Not much of a place for hot takes as it is just a place for me
to share my thoughts on the biggest topic in sports of this weekend.
Also I love alliteration" before having him appear to comment on certain
subjects related to the sport of football before presenting reports
related to football.
- A local TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that
appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of
9:00 a.m. on the Tuesday of the fifth day of this December ("Studio 10")
had its hosts (Chasity Byrd and Joe Emer) discussing a plan for what they had called a "national cable network" ("The Travel Channel") to have a recording of a certain type of event ("Elfapalooza")
planned for the city of Mobile in southwest Alabama for the Friday of
the eighth day of this December (this is how the one named Chasity Byrd
had discussed it at one point: "The Travel Channel coming to Mobile to
film Elfapalooza as part of a series on unusual local traditions").
- Some of the local news programmings for WALA-TV and WKRG-TV for the Tuesday of the fifth day of this December had at least one report of some members of their respective operations helping a charity named the Salvation Army along with some video of their doing so (WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. that day ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") had a video for such a report involving some members of their news operation (including the one mentioned in first paragraph from the top of this report, the ones who were usually the news presenters for the local news programming it usually had during the morning hours of Monday through Friday in recent times (Sarah Wall and Eric Reynolds), and the one who was usually the news presenter for the local news programming it usually had during the morning hours of Saturday and Sunday in recent times (Asha Staples).*
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Monday of the fourth day of this December ("WKRG News 5 at 10") had its sports reporter (Randy Patrick Setterstrom) appearing to present reports pertaining to his self (this is what he had said pertaining to his self before one of the breaks in its broadcast: "It was my pleasure tonight to be one of the auctioneers downtown at the annual Child Advocacy Center's Christmas cheer auction. We raised a lot of money and we want to thank the folks at the Five restaurant for hosting it. I had to tell them [I had] to leave Five to go to 'Five'; go back to work"; this is what he had said in a part of it dedicated to sports: "Well it's been my privilege to vote for the Heisman trophy award for the past five years; my vote is in and the votes have been counted and the winner will be announced Saturday night. The three finalists are Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield and reigning Heisman trophy winner Lamar Jackson of Louisville and Stanford running back Bryce Love)

video of the member named Steve Alexander Ozenovich reporting on their involvement with the charity earlier that day.
