(note regarding amendment: information was added to the fourth paragraph below this one)
- A certain Facebook page related to a certain (weather) reporter for the news operation for WPMI-TV named Jake Dunne appeared to have had been used by its administration to stream a live video of the reporter discussing certain e-mails related to him and WPMI-TV itself on the Wednesday of the twenty-fifth day of this May.
- A certain Facebook page related to WFNA-TV appeared to had been used by its administration to stream live video of a tour of a broadcast facility for them and WKRG-TV on the Thursday of the twenty-sixth day of this April (note: WKRG-TV and WFNA-TV were related to each other due to their being members of a holding company named the Nexstar Media Group).
- Some of the local TV news programs broadcast during some of the evening hours for the Wednesday of the twenty-fifth day of this April (specifically the one WALA-TV had on their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m." ) and the one WKRG-TV had on their own main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. ("WKRG News 5 at 10") that day) each appeared to have had a report of a certain type of beer being at local stores "soon".
- Some hyperlinks to profiles related to certain reporters and/or presenters for some of the local news programming WKRG-TV had on their main broadcast channel in recent times named Jason Carter, Taylor Sarallo, Cody Long, and Dana Winter appeared to had been added to a certain part of a World Wide Web site related to them that usually only appeared to have had hyperlinks to profiles related to other reporters and/or presenters for that programming in recent times sometime between this between this Thursday and the Monday of the twenty-third day of this April.
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the twenty-fifth day of this April ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had one of its news presenters (Rose Ann Haven) saying, "And you may remember Mobile mayor Sandy Stimpson made a similar marijuana proposal last year; he presented an ordinance that would allow officers to write citations for minor pot offenses rather than making a formal arrest; well, that didn't go over too well -- it was dropped" immediately after appearing to have had her presenting a report of such a "proposal" unrelated to the "mayor" she appeared to had mentioned and her appearing to discuss it with one of its reporters (a news reporter named Bryant Clerkly).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Monday of the sixteenth day of this April ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had its news presenter (Lenise Ligon) saying, "President Trump's not letting up on his former FBI chief. Byron Day's in the newsroom now with the latest on this" and the "Byron Day" mentioned by her (one of its reporters) saying, "Hi there, Lenise. James Comey may be a believer in that there is no such thing as bad publicity, especially with his new book coming out tomorrow. The president has been slamming Comey, again, calling him all sorts of names -- slimeball may be the nicest. It's in response to Comey making vague accusations in his book against the president without any factual evidence -- that's according to the White House" whereas the local news program that appeared on the channel for WALA-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. that Monday ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had the same "Byron Day" (one of its news presenters (the other one was the "Lenise Ligon" mentioned earlier)) saying, "In other news from us on this Monday evening, President Trump is blasting his former FBI chief as a disgruntled employee, a criminal, and once again, and we quote, a slime ball" for one its own reports (note: the news presenter appeared to had said the following statements immediately after that report: "This comes as FBI -- former FBI director Comey's first interview for his new book, which comes out tomorrow, and it's leveling several accusations. John Roberts has more from Florida" (it had a video involving a certain person saying, "John Roberts, FOX News" immediately afterwards) and, "The president's newest steel and aluminum tariffs may hit craft breweries right where it hurts -- in the beer gut. Here's more from Charleston" before having a video with similar details (it appeared to have had a person saying, "Terese Garnier, FOX News")).
