News for Tuesday, February 7th, 2017
- WKRG-TV, WALA-TV, WPMI-TV, and WEAR-TV each had special programming about a person suspected of killing four others persons being located in their local broadcast area in place of regular programming this past Monday (on the sixth day of this February) and earlier this Tuesday (such as broadcasts of live news conferences (on both days) and reports about the person suspected of the killings being found outside of their local broadcast area (earlier this Tuesday)).
- The members of the local news operation at WALA-TV who usually presented
news for their local news programs for Monday through Friday nights in
recent times were presenting news for the one they had in their
programming this past Sunday night on the fifth day of this February
(their names were Bob Grip and Lenise Ligon; as for the program, it was
during a time period when they usually did not have local news
programming in recent times (the first half of the hour of 11:00 p.m.)
due to their main broadcast channel having network programming later later
than usual that day (including a football game named "The Super Bowl" and the first episode of a new dramatic TV program named "24 Legacy").
