reporters (a weather reporter named Jason Smith) saying, "Looking at
our dayplanner and our forecast ahead with our extended outlook, this is
where we begin to see a huge change in our overall weather pattern: our
Sunday rain chance at thirty percent, but Monday and Tuesday back to
about twenty percent each day. Because we see less rain, we got to rain
to deal with -- heat index around one oh five. It really starts heating
up next week, so be prepared to have find some creative ways to get cool
next week. We got that summer heat rolling back in -- it is July after
all".
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the thirty-first
day the month of July for this calendar year ("FOX 10 News at 9:00
p.m.") appeared to have had its news presenter (Bob Grip) saying, "[inaudible] ten news is
committed to letting you know about scams that are targetting people in
our area. Now this a follow up to a scam we warned you about last night
about last night: a robocall claiming to be from the Social Security Administration. Shelby Myers spoke with one woman who got the call and
wasn't falling for it. Shelby." and a certain reporter (a news
reporter named Shelby Myers) saying, "Yeah, oh no, she sure wasn't, Bob.
Carol Hess is seventy-one, she wasn't born yesterday, she didn't fall
for this scam, and she hopes you won't either" immediately before
appearing to have had a certain video of a certain report immediately
afterward (note: a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had a recording of this part of the program).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel
for WKRG-TV during the hour of 5:00 a.m. this Saturday ("WKRG News 5 This Morning: Saturday") appeared to
have had a certain member of their news operation (named Mary Smith) be its news presenter instead of the one (named Chad Petri) that usually appeared to been its news presenter for the broadcasts of it that appeared to had been part of their programming in that period of time on Saturday in previous calendar weeks in recent times (note #1: the first part of the broadcast this Saturday appeared to had the member named Mary Smith saying, "Good morning
and thank you for getting up with us, or up with News 5 this Saturday
morning. I'm Mary Smith -- Chad Petri has the day off. First on five
this morning: can we expect another typical summertime forecast here
along the gulf coast today? Here's meteorologist Tara--Taylor Sarallo
