News for Friday, August 24th, 2018

  • A certain Facebook page related to WEAR-TV appeared to had received a certain hyperlink to a certain article on a certain World Wide Web site related to WEAR-TV named, "Man accused of urinating on child faces felony sex offense charges" whereas the hyperlink itself appeared to have had text of involving text of, "5-year-old girl peed on, called racial slur while playing Hide-and-go-seek" from its administration on the Thursday of the twenty-third day of this August.
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV between the twentieth and fiftieth minutes of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the twenty-third day of this August appeared to have had one of its news presenters (Byron Day) laughing by the time its other news presenter (Lenise Ligon) appeared to had finished saying this for one of its presentations: "A rather bizarre crime on tape and a business owner is left shelling out money to replace a trash can".
  • The main broadcast channel for WFNA-TV appeared to have had programming unrelated to their main provider of network network (the CW) during the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. both this Friday and the Thursday of the twenty-third day of this August whereas some guides to the programming of the channel for this Friday and that Thursday on some World Wide Web sites named TitanTV, Zap2it, TV Guide, and TV Passport each appeared to have had the names of programs related to the provider for those periods of time ("Masters of Illusion" for the first and second halves of the hour of 7:00 p.m. for this Friday; "Penn & Teller: Fool Us" for the hour of 8:00 p.m. for this Friday; "Supernatural" for the hour of 7:00 p.m. for that Thursday; "The Originals" for the hour of 8:00 p.m. for that Thursday (note: a certain Facebook page related to WFNA-TV appeared to had received a certain image with text regarding the form of programming mentioned near the beginning of this paragraph and the programs mentioned afterwards from its administration that Thursday)). 
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. this Friday ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its news presenters (Lenise Ligon) saying, "All right we have some tough news for FOX 10: four members of our family are leaving. We say good bye to meteorologist Chasity Byrd, investigative reporter Kati Weis, chief photographer Franz Barraza and photojournalist Ron Gaines. All of these guys have played such a huge role in the success of FOX 10 News; our brand here at the station. We wish them well as they start this new chapter in their lives, but of course we will miss them dearly" (note #1: a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have what might or might not had been a recording of the part of the program that appeared to have had the aforementioned statements attributed to the news presenter named Lenise Ligon (note #2: hyperlink to transcript of this part of the program with statements that were part of it immediately afterwards that were not part of the recording)).
