Army sergeants Jared Ferguson and Eric Barkhorn were in the store when
it happened. The pair quickly went outside to the fallen flag, brought

This means the city of Mobile is required to release body cam video of a particular controversial incident. Our investigative reporter Kati Weis has been following every detail of this suit since we filed it last year. She joins us now in the newsroom with more on this story. Kati", one of its reporters (Kati Weis) saying, "Well Byron, this is the ruling that just came down less than an hour ago from Judge Rick Stout in Mobile County Circuit Court. Now we're still reading over this four-page document, but it does say that the city of Mobile is required to release the body cam video of the twenty sixteen paint the cannon incident within fourteen days. Now the video is said to show officers pepper spraying McGill students at the cannon at the loop in mid-town Mobile back in twenty sixteen after a football game. Then-police chief James Barber apologized for his officers' actions that night, but refused to release the body cam video which would allow the public an opportunity to see exactly what happened. In fourteen days or less, though, we should know how those police officers behaved that night thanks to FOX 10 News' incessant pursuit of transparency from city officials. Now again, as I said, Byron, I'll be looking into this ruling tonight, and we'll bring you a full report tonight on 'FOX 10 News' at nine on what it says about the release of this body camera video that we've been trying to get a copy of for two years now. Reporting live from the newsroom, I'm Kati Weis, FOX 10 News" immediately afterwards, and the news presenter saying, "Significant news, very significant news. Kati, thank you very much" immediately afterwards while appearing to have had some static digital graphics with texts of "BREAKING CAM" "BODY CAM LAWSUIT RULING" and "JUDGE ORDERS VIDEO RELEASED" for one of its presentations (note #1: the local news programs that appeared on the channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. and the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. that day ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m." and "FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m." respectively) appeared to have had similar presentations involving the same news presenter and reporter (note #2: a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had what might or might had not been a recording of the one that appeared on the channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. that day)).
