  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the twenty-fifth day of this August ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had one of its reporters (a sports reporter named Robby Baker) saying, "The Saints taking on the Chargers tonight -- this guy, Drew Brees -- you may have heard of him -- he played tonight, completed seven passes, fifty nine yards, threw an interception, though, so it's time for everyone to panic! I'm just kidding, it's pre-season football, these don't mean to me. With that being said, though, I'm still going to show you highlights because it's football and I know you all love football" for a certain part of it related to sports.
  • The main broadcast channel for WPMI-TV appeared to have had a certain program unrelated to their main provider of network programming (the National Broadcasting Company (NBC)) at a certain part of a certain period in time in which its programming usually appeared to had involved programs from the service on Saturday in recent times (between the beginning of the hour of 7:00 p.m. and the beginning of the hour of 10:00 p.m.) and a certain program for the provider (named "America's Got Talent") that appeared to had been listed on a certain World Wide Web site related to them as having been part of their programming plans for that period of time during a separate period of time this Sunday (between the beginning of the hour of 1:00 p.m. and the beginning of the hour of 3:00 p.m.).
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV sometime between the fifth and thirty-fifth minutes of the hour of 11:00 p.m. on the Friday of the twenty-fourth day of this August ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had one of its news presenters (Mel Showers) mentioning only part of the name of one of its subjects (transcript -- "Only on News 5: the drag queen who will be reading to children at the Ben May library in Mobile is speaking out about the controversy. [the program appeared to have a certain video involving a certain being saying, 'Um, and in my mind it was I'll read to kids, we'll dance around a little bit, we'll be doing arts and crafts -- it'll be great' and some digital graphics involving texts of 'WADE BRASFIELD' and 'PERFORMS AS KHLOE KASH' by this point]. Brasfield has been performing on stage as Khloe Kash for nearly ten years and saw it as a positive way to get kids excited about reading. He says he didn't expect the strong backlash. There is a protest scheduled the day of the reading September eighth organized by the Common Sense Campaign Tea Party. To follow the controversy, visit our Web site at WKRG dot com. [the program appeared to have had a certain video involving some digital graphics similar to the ones mentioned earlier involving texts of 'DRAG QUEEN STORY HOUR' and 'SEPTEMBER 8TH AT NOON, BEN MAY LIBRARY' before appearing to have had a certain digital graphic larger than them involving texts of 'DRAG QUEEN READING PROTEST', 'COMMON SENSE CAMPAIGN TEA PARTY', 'SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 8', '9:55 - 11:05AM', and 'BEN MAY LIBRARY']").
