- One of the digital sub-channels for WHBR-TV was removed from its broadcast operation earlier this September (it usually had programming from an international TV programming service named Christian Television Network International (CTNi)*).
- Between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. for this Sunday, the main broadcast channel for WFNA-TV had a theatrical movie related to the one that was part of its programming during the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. for the Sunday of the seventeenth day of this September (the name of the one it had the previous Sunday is "The Karate Kid Part II"; the name of the one it had this Sunday is "The Karate Kid Part III").
- A Facebook page attributed to a news reporter for the local news operation at WPMI-TV named Ethel Zora Asberry had a message (with an image**) attributed to her dated for the Friday twenty-second day of this September about a celebration of the brand name for their broadcast operation (it had been used in the programming of its main broadcast channel since the Monday of the eighteenth day of this September).
(*according to WHBR-TV, the reason for its removal was due to the programming service being affected by a tropical cyclone named "Maria" earlier this calendar week (the programming service was located where the storm was located at one point this week: the island of Puerto Rico))
(**A Facebook page attributed to another news reporter for WPMI-TV (Andrea Ramey) had an image similar to the one with the message attributed to the reporter named Ethel Zora Asberry with a message attributed to that reporter dated for the Thursday of the twenty-first day of this September)
