- Another digital sub-channel was added to the broadcast operation of WPMI-TV
between the evening hours of this past Tuesday and the morning hours of this Wednesday (it appeared to have
programming from a national TV programming service named Stadium).
- The local news programs that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 12:00 p.m. and the second half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. this past Tuesday ("WKRG News 5 at Noon" and "WKRG News 5 at 6:30" respectively) both had video of the host of a syndicated TV program and a syndicated radio program based in the city of Mobile in southwest Alabama both named "Today's Homeowner" (Danny Lipford) presenting advice for protecting a home from tropical cyclones.
- The guides to the broadcast channels for the local TV stations in southwest Alabama from TitanTV and TV Guide
did not have any listings about a certain program ("The Dr. Oz Show") that the main broadcast channel for one of them (WALA-TV) was usually set to have during the hour of 1:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday in recent time whereas the guides to that specific channel from Zap2it and Comcast for this past Tuesday through this Friday (the eighth day of this September) still had listings for it in spite of the channel having a different program ("The People's Court") during the hour of 1:00 p.m. both that Tuesday and this Wednesday.
(*the local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the second half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. this Wednesday ("WKRG News 5 at 6:30 p.m") video of him for a report attributed to him)
