- WPMI-TV had an interview* with a resident of their local broadcast area who recently participated in a singing competition for a national TV program named "The Voice" on their local midday news program ("Local 15 News at Noon") today (her name was Shelby Brown).
- The weather reporter for WKRG-TV's local morning and midday news
programs for Monday through Friday (John Nodar) gave one the news
presenters for the local news program for the hours of 5:00 a.m. and
6:00 a.m. (Bill Riales of "WKRG News 5 This Morning") a gift while on today's edition of the
program (the gift was a plaid blanket with sleeves called a Snuggie).
- The main broadcast channel for WALA-TV had the beginning of an edition of a syndicated TV program named "The Real" a few minutes before the time period it usually had a new or past edition of it from Monday through Friday (10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) in recent times before having the last segment of a new edition of a local entertainment and lifestyle program for WALA-TV named "Studio 10".
