- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast
channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 5:00 p.m. this
Tuesday ("WKRG News 5 at 5") had a report involving a local radio host/announcer from their local broadcast area (Sean Sullivan of WAVH-FM in the city of Mobile in southwest Alabama).
- The news presenter for the local news program that appeared on the main
broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 10:00 p.m. this past
Saturday on the nineteenth day of this November (Rudy Harper between
10:11 p.m. and 10:39 p.m.) referred to the program as "this edition of
FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m." while greeting its audience and thanking them
for "staying up late" for its broadcast (some of the graphics on the
program reflected the time of its broadcast).
- According to the guide to the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV from Zap2it, two new editions of two syndicated TV game programs ("Jeopardy!" and "Wheel of Fortune") originally intended for broadcast this Thursday on the the twenty-fourth day of this November be broadcast through the channel this Saturday on the twenty-sixth day of this November (5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for "Jeopardy!"; "5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for "Wheel for Fortune") due to a plan for the channel to special football programming from their main provider of network
programming (the FOX Broadcasting Company) during the time period in which new editions of those programs were usually part of its regular programming plan from Monday
through Friday in recent times (6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for "Jeopardy!"; 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for "Wheel of Fortune").*
(*the channel was usually set to have past editions of those programs
from previous calendar years on Saturdays and Sundays on recent times)
