- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast for WKRG-TV
during the first half of the hour of 12:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the
seventeenth day of this January ("WKRG News 5 at Noon") had audio of its
news presenter (Devon Walsh) referring to a certain "agent" as one with a "familiar last name" (this is what she was saying
while doing so: "Coming up the Senior Bowl is right around the corner
and a new sports agent is roaming around with a familiar last name. Stay
tuned").
- A local TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that
appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of
9:00 a.m. on the Friday of the nineteenth day of this January ("Studio 10") appeared to have had a video of a certain report attributed to a former member of the news operation at WALA-TV (John Rogers
(note: the program appeared to have had one of its hosts (Chasity Byrd) saying, "FOX 10 alum John Rogers reports" immediately before having the video with the report).
- The main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV appeared to have had paid programming during the first fifteen minutes of the period of time in which it was usually set to have a national news program named "The CBS Weekend News" (from their main provider of network programming (the Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS)) on Saturday and Sunday in recent times before actually having it during the fifteen minutes of that period of time on the Saturday of the twentieth day of this January (note: the paid programming was related to a program that was originally provided by the aforementioned provider of network programming ("Hee Haw"))
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the twentieth day of this January ("WKRG News 5 at 6") had audio of its news presenter (Ashley Knight) saying, "Well social media companies are feeling the pressure to remove online hate speech. The European Union is threatening companies like Twitter, Facebook, and Google's YouTube with new laws unless they could get rid of extremist content and quickly. Those social media sites signed an agreement with the EU back in twenty sixteen that they'd remove hate speech within twenty four hours of a post. Good for them".
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel
for WKRG-TV during the second half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the
Wednesday of the seventeenth day of this January ("WKRG News 5 at 6:30")
had audio of one of its reporters (a sports reporter named Randy Patrick Setterstrom) saying a certain Corey "has been part of the local sports community as a local radio announcer" without stating whether he was referring to the "Corey" with the surname "LaBounty" he was discussing earlier in the program or not (note #1: the local news program that appeared that on the channel during
the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. that day ("WKRG News 5 at 10")
appeared to have had a video of a report involving the "Corey" with the surname "LaBounty" (note #2: a World Wide Web site attributed to WAVH-FM appeared to have had information of there having been a local radio program involving a "Corey LaBounty" named "Prep Sports Report" (there was even a Facebook page regarding the idea of there having been such a program))).
