- The main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV appeared to had been used to broadcast some special news programming of theirs instead of the programs that usually appeared to had been part of its programming during the hour of 11:00 a.m. and the first half of the hour of 12:00 p.m. between Monday and Friday in recent times ("The Young and the Restless" for the hour of 11:00 a.m.; "WKRG News 5 at Noon" for the first half of the hour of 12:00 p.m.) during those very times this Monday.
- A certain Facebook page related to a national TV programming service named Antenna TV
appeared to had been used by its administration to post a certain
message involving text of "Pensacola, FL / Mobile, AL market" and a
graphic involving text of "WPAN 40.1" on the Thursday of the third day
of this May (note: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to the service appeared to have had the letters
"WPAN" listed in reference to the name of a station affiliated with it for the aforementioned market by this Monday).
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for
WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m on the Sunday of the thirteenth day
of this May ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its news presenters (Shelby Myers) saying, "Ah, the Saturday morning sounds of rumbling mowers is the background noise of our warmer months" and its other news presenter (Lee Peck) saying, "That's true, but did you know how you cut your grass could mean--could make a big difference in the lush lawn or crunchy or a dead mess -- we have all seen those lawns, but in this week's modern living, meteorologist Matt Barrentine talks with an pro about keeping your lawn green. Take a look" immediately afterwards before having a certain video involving a certain digital graphic with text of "MODERN LIVING" immediately afterwards.
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the twelfth day of this May ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had audio of its news presenter (Shelby Myers) saying, "You have a chance to protect your children right on the roads. This Wednesday right here at FOX 10 studio we invite you to join us for our free car seat safety event. Did you know that more than ninety percent of children may be in danger when you're driving? It's because of incorrectly installed car seats, but putting in a car seat is not as easy as it may seem. Courtney Thomson is a neonatal intensive care unit parent educator at USA Children's and Women's Hospital. She's also a licensed car seat inspector. She regularly checks seats and fixes problems. She says there are all kinds of things that can go wrong when installing a car seat" and, "So make sure you're doing your part. Our car seat safety event starts at seven. Just pull your car into our parking lot and Courtney and other licensed car inspectors will make sure your car seats is safe. We hope to see you here Wednesday morning" for one of its reports.

WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Sunday of
the thirteenth day of this May ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have
had one of its reporters (a weather reporter named Thomas Geboy) saying,
"Good evening, gulf coast, and happy Mother's Day. Happy Mother's Day
to my mom and also to my grandmother. Hope you guys had a fantastic day
and hope all the moms out there had a fantastic day as well. If you
walked outside this afternoon -- I said it early -- you probably walked
back in" for a certain part of it related to weather (note: the aforementioned part at the beginning of its broadcast);
and, "Jason said he had to get yard work done" for a certain other part of it
related to weather ("As we go through the next twelve hours -- we only
bottom out
in the upper sixties for lows tonight -- and then by ten o'clock in the
morning -- Jason said he had to get yard work done -- I'm saying by ten
o'clock in the morning, we'll see temperatures in the middle eighties.
It is going to be a warm day for tomorrow" (note: the name of the news presenter for the program was Jason Carter)).
