saying, "News 5's Brianna Hollis" before
appearing to have had a certain video involving a

ticker involving a scroll of text appearing beside a separate graphic involving text
of "FIRST ALERT STORM TEAM" and a certain other graphic with texts of
"Hurricane Watch" during the first half of the hour of 4:00 a.m. for this Monday (note #1: some of the local news programming that appeared to had been
